Hello Blackberry Parenting Adults,

We had the wonderful opportunity to attend a poetry slam today at Shu Ren. Rene the 2nd grade teacher reached out to Beto and I to invite us to attend the rehearsal of the Pineapple Class. Beto has been leading us through poetry by teaching us to see the world through a poet’s eye, adding line breaks to our already existing poems, and using  onomatopoeia all which we got to experience today!

We also want to give a huge shoutout to some of our friends who gave it a go and presented one of their own poems. Thank you Jack, Monroe, Oscar Wellbrock, Julian, Gabriel, and Wyatt for giving it a go and making us so proud!!
