Hello Blackberry Parenting adults,

So much has happened since our last blog post. I want to apologize for the delay but it felt disingenuous to continue on as if nothing had happened. This week has been heavy, but also full of so much love and laughter. Your children are such a bright spot in my life and continue to express their love and concern. Our time is winding down and I want us to enjoy it. This adventure isn’t over yet.

Beach day is next Friday 5/30 at Crown Beach. Permission slips are going home today. Please return them by Wednesday 5/28 at the latest. I look forward to my last beach day with Blackberry and please join us if you can!  The weather promises to be nice! If you are able to drive for beach day please let Melissa know as she is working to organize drivers. We will be meeting at TBS and departing around 9 and returning by 2. For beach day, Blackberrians can bring any sand toys the only thing we ask is not floaties. It’s going to be hot so sunscreen, hats, a full water bottle, snack and lunch.

So we move forward by trying our best every day. By making the best of every situation. By making it a point to play every day. And ensuring our days our full or laughter and connection.
