Students began the day with a game of bingo that got them talking about their summers.

Circuit science this afternoon

It’s always such a relief when the students arrive after the days and weeks of planning that go into every new school year. After the introductions, routine-making, and icebreakers, students even did some writing and science and picked out a book from the library. Their homework tonight is to finish their short (1-2 pages double-spaced on lined notebook paper) piece of writing on an exciting small moment from the summer. Please sign the permission slips, as well, for Lake Anza in their binders, and send them in by Friday.
