Dear Cerrito families,
The week ahead will bring more wagon building, a field trip to the Blackhawk Automotive Museum for the Spirit of the Old West exhibit in Danville on Thursday, the completion of our literature circles on Bound for Oregon, and rehearsal with Owen for the Spring Sing, coming up later this month.
We started publishing some of our Yelp reviews to the site today, also, so you can search Yelp and see the reviews put up by Cerrito Creek. If there’s one thing I’ve noticed, fourth and fifth graders give lots of stars!
Homework:
Math: 4th graders have 3 options; 5th graders have a packet, and the third page is homework (the first two should have been done in class today, and if they weren’t, please finish them up)
Writing: Go onto Google Drive, click on the Mike Sinclaire folder, and write a paragraph about European honey bees in the “Bees” folder. You and your partner should have decided already who would write about the bees and who would write about the threats. Edit each other’s work!
Reading: Bound for Oregon should be finished by Thursday, and you have no job to do for the last assignment. If you’re already done, enjoy some SSR tonight.
