Reminders
Wednesday night from 6 to 7 is the Fort Ross info session. Ivan Kuskov (Mike) will be presenting to all the chaperones and any parents that are just interested in what we will be up to in January.
Thursday from 8:30 to 10 is the Oceans Celebration. We will present our research from the Open Ocean and Deep Sea, and our classroom will be decked out with papier mache critters and other ocean ambience.
Monday
Math: 4th graders have 20 minutes of rounding practice; 5th graders have the night off
Science: Brochures finished! Come ready to print them out tomorrow morning. Maybe get a parent to edit for you if you haven’t had a teacher edit!
Tuesday
Simply finish your illustrations in your brochure. If you are finished, then you get the night off!!! Of course, you should still read.
Wednesday
Simply draw your animal one more time, color it in, and cut it out for our big poster. No big deal. It’s gonna be great tomorrow.
Parents–we’re on tomorrow from 8:30 to 10. We’ll present our research projects to you, dissect a squid and a fish, and sing you a song. Hope you can join us for some or all, and thanks in advance for those of you contributing to the breakfast! See some of you in a few hours for the Ft Ross info session. We’ll be in Temescal classroom.
