For those of you looking to add some structure to your coming days for your at-home students, please see below for our typical weekly schedule for inspiration.

Monday-Tuesday, March 16-17- No direct instruction

• For each of these days, students are expected to do:
  • 20 Minutes of Dreambox
  • 20 minutes of SSR
  • 1 page of journal writing in Writer’s Notebook

Wednesday, March 18 — Friday, March 27- Direct instruction 

• 8:30 AM- Daily Schedule is posted. Cerrito Teachers will post all the day’s tasks and activities on the Google Classroom Stream.
  • This post will include all need-to-know materials including necessary links, documents, and instructions for classroom classes as well as CoreArts.
  • Students will have to complete all activities and tasks on their own time during the day. During designated office hours (explained below), students can sign on to talk to teachers and receive any support.
• 9:00-9:30 AM- Morning Meeting. Cerrito teachers will host a Google Hangouts Morning Meeting every morning from 9:00-9:30. A link to the Hangout will be included in the above-mentioned schedule post.
  • During our Digital Morning Meeting, teachers will go over the tasks and activities for the day, and give students a place to check in.
• 11:00-12:00- Office Hour round 1. A Cerrito teacher will be available for student check-ins via Google Hangout. Teachers will also be available throughout the day via email for parent questions.
• 2:30-3:30- Office Hour round 2. Same as above.
