Welcome to our first Live Oak blog!

Through our blog, you will have a window to witness what we are learning in Live Oak.

As last year, we will post a blog twice per month with the weeks’ highlights.

We have dedicated September to create a bond with each student, helping them get to know each other, and  feel comfortable and safe at school, as well as making new friends.

We are very thrilled to see how smoothly the children are adjusting to school day by day.

It has been so fun to see the children exploring the shelves and performing works from the different areas.

Group activities

Group projects are a great opportunity for students to socialize, share materials, and have fun working together.

Lemons:

We want to express our gratitude for the many lemons we got. It inspired teachers and students to create practical life activities, such as brushing and squeezing lemons, and making lemonade. Also, the students enjoyed drawing and painting lemons.

Outside time and circle activities

Thank you so much for making time and attending our Back to School Night. It was so great and fun to see you all in our classroom!

With gratitude for our wonderful class,

Griselda, Niki and Catherine
