Friday, June 5, is our fourth annual TBS Walkathon, raising awareness about Strawberry Creek Park and the many service projects students have been developing to support that park. All K-8 students will walk to the ECC with their buddies in different classes, then walk to Ohlone Park for lunch and a field day celebration.
Please note: The Walkathon is designed as a student event. We appreciate parent enthusiasm with prior requests to join the day, however the Walkathon is a time for the student body to come together in a Yes We Can! community-building experience. As always, there are many ways for parents to support us: cheering along the Ohlone park walking route (map here), anytime between 10-11 am. Students will greatly appreciate your presence. It’s a visible way of showing students their efforts are meaningful—the more the merrier!!!
